First are donations made to us through our telemarketer. Secondly, we receive donations through our Sweeps Stakes game, thirdly we receive donations sent directly to our office and last, we receive money raised through the donation of cars. If a donation is sent to our office, we put 100% of those donations toward programs. There are no fundraising expenses for donations sent directly to us. This allows us to use all of that money for programs. The Committee for Missing Children, Inc. uses the following telemarketing firm: Xentel, Inc. In addition, we have an agreement with The Vehicle Donation Processing Center, Inc. The amount of money we receive from each of the above varies. We also have a Sweeps Stakes game which has a prize of over $6000.00 to the winner. A donation is not necessary to play the game and the winner is preselected. We also have a monthly drawing for a $500.00 prize. We feel that we have the best telemarketer in the business working for us; however there are times that things may not always go as we would like.
