3-Children: CaliforniaThis site does not have a web site yet. 3-Children distributes pictures of missing and abducted children. They work with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts to distribute children's pictures in local communities. You can reach them at 1-888-704-7966, pin #4672.

Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and
Enforcement Act:
Synclair-Cannon Law:
The bill would require a court, in cases in which
the court becomes aware of facts which may indicate that there is a risk
of abduction of a child, to consider specified factors in determining
the risk of abduction of the child and to determine whether conditions
are needed to prevent the abduction of the child. The bill would require
the court to consider imposing specified conditions to prevent the
abduction of the child.
HOW
TO PREVENT RELITIGATION OF CHILD CUSTODY ISSUES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN
LITIGATED IN CALIFORNIA. Family Code § 3048 now requires specify
findings in every case, effective July 1, 2003, that will help keep California
child custody disputes in California.
