Parents & Children Together: PACT is a private, international
non-profit organization registered both in Washington, DC and the UK. The
charity was founded by Lady Meyer, wife of the British Ambassador to the
United States from 1997 to 2003. Our Mission To fight parental child abduction
across borders; and,in partnership with the police, to locate and retrieve missing
children.
